This website is operated by Colour Me Calm.
Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Colour Me Calm. Colour Me Calm provides this website, including all information, products, features and services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
By visiting our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to all website visitors and customers.

4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colours, dimensions and descriptions accurately.
However, the colour shown on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product because of screen settings, lighting, photography and manufacturing variations.
Minor differences in printing, stitching, positioning, colour or finish that do not materially affect the use of the product will not necessarily be considered defects.
All product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated without notice.
5. Colourable Blankets and Markers
Colour Me Calm blankets are designed to be coloured using the markers supplied or markers specifically recommended by us.
Customers must follow all product instructions, marker instructions and care guidelines.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Using unsuitable pens, paints, inks or markers
- Using markers not recommended for the blanket
- Incorrect washing or drying
- Bleach, harsh chemicals or stain removers
- Excessive heat
- Improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
Adult supervision is recommended when children are using the markers or blankets.
Markers should not be placed in the mouth or used on the body, furniture, walls or other surfaces. Any age recommendations or safety instructions supplied with the product must be followed.
6. Orders
An order is an offer by you to purchase products from us.
Your order is only accepted once:
- Payment has been successfully received or authorised
- We have confirmed the order
- The product is available
- We have not identified a pricing, stock or order error
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:
- A product is unavailable
- The price or product information was incorrect
- Payment could not be processed
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- Delivery information is incomplete or invalid
- An obvious technical or administrative error occurred
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.
8. Personalised Products
Our personalised blankets are created using an image supplied by the customer. We transform the supplied image into a cartoon-style illustration and place it within a mandala-inspired background design.
Customers are responsible for uploading the correct image when placing their order. Before submitting an image, please make sure that:

It is the image you want used on the final blanket

The people, pets or subjects are clearly visible

The image is clear, well-lit and not blurry

Important parts of the subject are not cut off

You have permission to use the image

The image does not infringe another person’s privacy, copyright or other rights
The final cartoon illustration will be an artistic interpretation of the supplied image. It will not be an exact photographic reproduction. Colours, facial features, proportions, small details and the positioning of elements may differ as part of the illustration process.
We will create the personalised blanket using the image submitted with the order. Colour Me Calm is not responsible if the customer:

Uploads the wrong image

Uploads a low-quality, blurry, dark or cropped image

Selects an image in which the subject is hidden or unclear

Provides incorrect names, spelling, wording or other details

Changes their mind about the selected image after production has started
Customers must carefully review the uploaded image and all personalisation details before completing their order.
Once design work or production has begun, the personalised order cannot be changed or cancelled. Requests to replace an image after work has started may be declined or may result in an additional design fee.
Personalised blankets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because of:

A change of mind

The customer uploading the incorrect image

Poor image quality in the supplied photograph

An error in information provided by the customer

Minor artistic differences between the original photograph and the cartoon illustration

The customer not liking an artistic detail where the completed design reasonably reflects the supplied image and product description
This does not exclude any rights that may apply if:

The blanket is materially defective

The blanket arrives damaged

We used a different image from the one submitted with the order

We supplied the incorrect product

The personalisation does not match the information correctly submitted by the customer

The finished product is materially different from what was ordered or advertised
We reserve the right to reject images that are unlawful, offensive, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, infringe intellectual-property rights or are otherwise unsuitable for our products.
7. Order Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including:
- Your full name
- Delivery address
- Email address
- Contact number
- Product selection
- Personalisation details, where applicable
Colour Me Calm is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or personalisation errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
9. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in South African rand.
Prices include VAT only where Colour Me Calm is legally required and registered to charge VAT.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before checkout is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. We do not directly control their systems, processing times or availability.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions:
- Are subject to their advertised terms
- May have an expiry date
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- May be limited to one use per customer
- May not be combined unless we expressly allow it
- May exclude certain products or personalised orders
We may cancel or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error, misuse or fraudulent activity.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Colour Me Calm delivers nationwide within South Africa.
Blanket orders qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders containing only markers are charged a flat shipping fee of R89.
Estimated delivery is normally within 4–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Remote delivery areas
- Incorrect delivery details
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- High-volume periods
- Events outside our reasonable control

12. Delivery Responsibility
Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address supplied at checkout or collected by you or your authorised representative.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer supplied incorrect information, was unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts or refused delivery without a valid reason, the customer may be responsible for any reasonable redelivery charges.
13. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, eligible products must be unused, in their original condition and requested within the stated return period.
A blanket cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind after it has been:
- Coloured on
- Drawn or written on
- Washed
- Stained
- Damaged
- Otherwise used
Personalised blankets cannot be returned for a change of mind.
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return delivery. Customers may use an Aramex courier bag available from participating Checkers or Pick n Pay stores, which generally costs approximately R89.
This does not limit any rights a customer may have regarding defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misrepresented goods under applicable South African law.
14. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect their order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, materially defective, incomplete or incorrect.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or a video
- Photographs of the packaging where delivery damage occurred
We may need to inspect the product before approving an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement or refund.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, unsuitable markers, accidents, ordinary wear and tear or failure to follow instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
15. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on this website belongs to Colour Me Calm or is used with permission, including:
- Branding
- Logos
- Product designs
- Blanket artwork
- Photographs
- Graphics
- Videos
- Written content
- Website layouts
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish or commercially use this content without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights in its artwork or design.
16. Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content to us, you confirm that:
- You created it or have permission to share it
- It does not infringe another person’s rights
- It is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading or offensive
We will not use identifiable customer photographs or videos in marketing without the appropriate permission.
We may remove reviews or content that are fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, unrelated to the product or contain private information. We will not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including:

- Failure to follow care or safety instructions
- Use of unsuitable markers or materials
- Incorrect information supplied by a customer
- Unauthorised alteration of a product
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
22. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Colour Me Calm against claims, losses or expenses arising from:

This provision does not apply where the loss was caused by Colour Me Calm’s unlawful conduct, gross negligence or breach of a non-excludable legal obligation.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy and any product-specific terms, form the agreement between you and Colour Me Calm regarding your use of the website and purchases from us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or authorised dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction under South African law.
